Dr Donna patiently explained the procedures she recommended, addressed wtv concerns raised and explained what she was doing whenever starting a new step for a procedure (which was definitely reassuring).
While everything was already explained at the consultation/ clinic, team also provided written after care instructions over text post consultation - this is appreciated and helpful.
