Which neckcare program should I choose?
We have two signature neckcare programs at Arium Clinic.
Neck Repair is a two step skincare program which combines the effects of a single laser treatment with radiofrequency skin tightening. You can have the option of pigment laser for brightening or collagen laser for firming.
Neck Intense is a two step neck lifting program which combines HIFU with more intensive Endymed 3 Deep RF technology. This is ideal for patients who has obvious neck lines and moderate saggy skin around the neck.
How long do I see results from Neckcare Treatment?
This depends on various factors. We would advise an average of 4-6 sessions of monthly treatments to see significant improvement. The regular use of suitable skincare with sun protection will also augment the effects of the laser treatments done.
We also combine our neckcare programs with Profhilo injection which is ideal to reverse signs of aging around the neck.

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I prepare myself for procedure?
You do not need to prepare for neckcare treatment. On your consultation day, come bare-skin so that we can see your skin better. It is important to apply sunblock before and after any laser procedure, so try to remember that. If you have forgotten to bring yours, we will apply sunblock for you after laser.
Is neckcare treatment painful?
Contrary to popular belief, laser treatment is rather painless. You do not need numbing cream before the procedure. During the laser, you may feel a light pricking sensation on the skin. Similarly, radiofrequency treatment for the neck is a very comfortable procedure. You can feel a gentle warm sensation. On the other hand, HIFU treatment requires numbing cream before the procedure. It is well tolerated by most patients.
How long is the downtime after neckcare treatment?
It is common to experience mild redness after neckcare treatment. Your skin may appear to be a little more sensitive than usual for a day or two. Otherwise, there is no downtime and you can resume work right after the treatment.
Do I need to follow up with creams after procedure?
We recommend our patients to use Arium Essentials Perfect Clear in conjunction with laser treatment for optimal results. This is a gentle lightening cream to reduce skin melanin production by inhibiting the enzyme tyrosinase. You can also use Arium Essentials Skin Repair to moisturize and skin firming. Follow the advice of the doctor and use the cream according to directions given. If you are unsure, do not be afraid to call us for clarification.
How do you monitor my progress after procedure?
We will take serial photos of your skin throughout the treatment sessions. Hence, we are able to monitor your progress and compare outcomes. We will keep your photos secured within our medical records database.
