I've been getting Botox injections at Arium Clinic for a while now, and every experience has been great, so I keep coming back to Dr. Donna. The staff are all very welcoming and have excellent attitudes; I always feel comfortable there.
What I like most is that they don't push sales at all, making me feel relaxed and comfortable, and I can easily communicate my needs with the doctor. Dr. Donna is also very professional and meticulous during the injections, which makes me feel very at ease throughout the process.
It's really rare to find a clinic with such good technique and service that doesn't try to sell you anything! I'll definitely come back if I need it again, and I'd recommend it to anyone thinking about Botox injections.
I have been a returning customer at Arium Clinic for their Dermawhite shots. While my previous sessions were generally okay, my experience yesterday was highly disappointing. I ended up with two bruises, which I did not expect from seasoned doctors who perform these procedures manually or with machines daily. While I understand that bruising can happen with booster treatments, the doctor’s precision and skill play a crucial role in minimizing this.
More importantly, I felt a severe lack of empathy from the doctor. For the past few sessions, I have repeatedly mentioned that I experience pain even with the numbing cream. Instead of addressing my discomfort or investigating why, my concerns were dismissed. The doctor simply pushed me to finish my remaining CCs and suggested to get new treatments. It is incredibly discouraging to have your physical pain ignored in favor of sales. I expected much better patient care and clinical empathy here.
Old: Started with Arium for the whitening and hydration booster earlier this year, it works well but still monitoring the sustainability. I do like the fact that Dr Donna comes up with her own concoction that suits each better. She gives sincere advice and allows time to consider options, trial treatments can always be explored which is great if we are not confident in a long term sign up.

Dr Donna and her team are very professional and friendly. 1st time doing hifu and laser and the results are fantastic. Charges at Arium Clinic are also reasonably priced. Dr Donna is very chatty and always make me feel at ease during treatment. Highly recommend.
