Arium Clinic is the brainchild of Dr Donna who has more than 10 years of experience in medical aesthetics. From conception to birth of the business, she was involved in every step along the way. Her motivation to start her own clinic stems from an inner desire to develop her passion into her own business. Doctor Donna and staffs were very friendly and they gave us a very good explanation brief us what are the treatments and how it works etc. my first time doing hifu, felt kind of nervous but staffs and doctor ensure all is in control as it goes along everything were all done. No had sell of their products. I highly recommend to try it.

Started with Arium for the whitening and hydration booster earlier this year, it works well but still monitoring the sustainability. I do like the fact that Dr Donna comes up with her own concoction that suits each better. She gives sincere advice and allows time to consider options, trial treatments can always be explored which is great if we are not confident in a long term sign up.

Arium clinic did a very good job on my face. The treatment that they did was to minimize the melasma for even and clear skin tone. After a week, the result was more than I expected! Doctor Donna is knowledgeable when it comes to effective care and treatment of the skin. They recommend careful personalised skincare treatment depending on your skin condition. The staff, both Ingrid & Christy are warm and attentive and it feels calming on every visit.

Made an appointment last week for a treatment in the evening today. Reached the clinic - walk into the room, changed and they send me to the doctor's chair in a towel and told me the machine is spoil since afternoon. Why the hell didnt you guys inform me before I travel all the way down since its been spoil since afternoon.
Then you take the opportunity to upsell me and ask me to change my package to something else.
This is super unprofessional and just telling me sorry is not how you maintain your clients . Made them come all the way down and try to upsell/change and top up their packages to something else when they are in a towel doesn't work
Second time here at Arium Clinic and so far so good! Service is amazing and I like how transparent they are with the treatments available. Acne treatment that I am undergoing aims to target improvements in the long term and I have seen direct results after my first session (taking oral antibiotics, topical creams, and their three step programme that includes chemical peel + laser + LED treatment). Easy to get appointment sessions and I would say the prices match the services applicable for treatment. Would recommend 🙂

Dr Donna and staffs is very attentive towards my skin issue as I have very complicated skin history. I could see results in just 1 session of the 3 steps program treatment I have done. I’ve never had clear skin since primary school and as the years goes, i can see that the freckles getting darker (pigmentation). So it was a matter of time that I get proper treatment for them and I got to know about Arium Clinic.
The space in the clinic was really welcoming. Dr Donna’s explanation during the entire treatment helps me to feel less anxious as it was my first laser treatment. Definitely recommend Arium Clinic to people who are first timer in laser treatment.

From the moment I stepped into Arium clinic, I was warmly greeted to a soothing, peaceful environment as well as warm and friendly staff.
During my consultation with Dr Donna, she patiently took the time to listen to my concerns and she specially chose a treatment plan that addressed my area of concern - which is to reduce the dark pigmentation on my skin. Dr Donna is very knowledgeable and gave me lots of useful advice beyond my face concerns eg. weight management approaches.
Despite this being my first time getting laser treatment for my face, Dr Donna was very reassuring throughout the entire process. Even though I was initially apprehensive, I was soon put at ease as she chatted with me and I felt more relaxed throughout the entire treatment.
Her assistants were also very gentle and caring and always checked in on me to see if things we okay on my end.

On my first visit to Arium clinic, I was impressed with the cozy ambience and friendly professional service. During the consultation, Dr Donna recommended a treatment to address areas of concern such as clogged pores and scarring. We then proceeded to do 2 types of laser and led light theraphy. My first appointment included a 45 minute consultation, where Dr Donna explained my complexion's problems that was more than skin deep. During the treatment, she walked me through the procedure as she was performing it, not missing a step nor sentence. Her professional attitude and manner was very welcoming. Less than a week later, my pigmentation improved tremendously, like she said it would. Staff at the clinic were also very helpful and reassuring. Having hereditary freckles since teenager days and despite the diligent effort to apply whitening skincare products for many years, the freckles don’t seems to contain and further darkened. I decided to consult Dr Donna for my skin condition. She was very patient in explaining the various reasons for the cause of pigmentation and recommended a suitable program for me. She performed a 3 steps program which comprised of the pigment laser, DPL and brightening mask. Acne has always been a perennial issue for me, since my teenage years and into adulthood. Dr Donna was patient in explaining to me the possible underlying causes and available medical options. We started off with an aqua peel (as the chemical peel may have been too strong for sensitive skin), followed by laser and finally LED treatment. It was a smooth and trouble free process.
