Started with Arium for the whitening and hydration booster earlier this year, it works well but still monitoring the sustainability. I do like the fact that Dr Donna comes up with her own concoction that suits each better. She gives sincere advice and allows time to consider options, trial treatments can always be explored which is great if we are not confident in a long term sign up.

Made an appointment last week for a treatment in the evening today. Reached the clinic - walk into the room, changed and they send me to the doctor's chair in a towel and told me the machine is spoil since afternoon. Why the hell didnt you guys inform me before I travel all the way down since its been spoil since afternoon.
Then you take the opportunity to upsell me and ask me to change my package to something else.
This is super unprofessional and just telling me sorry is not how you maintain your clients . Made them come all the way down and try to upsell/change and top up their packages to something else when they are in a towel doesn't work
Second time here at Arium Clinic and so far so good! Service is amazing and I like how transparent they are with the treatments available. Acne treatment that I am undergoing aims to target improvements in the long term and I have seen direct results after my first session (taking oral antibiotics, topical creams, and their three step programme that includes chemical peel + laser + LED treatment). Dr Donna and staffs is very attentive towards my skin issue as I have very complicated skin history. I could see results in just 1 session of the 3 steps program treatment I have done. I’ve never had clear skin since primary school and as the years goes, i can see that the freckles getting darker (pigmentation). So it was a matter of time that I get proper treatment for them and I got to know about Arium Clinic.

From the moment I stepped into Arium clinic, I was warmly greeted to a soothing, peaceful environment as well as warm and friendly staff.
During my consultation with Dr Donna, she patiently took the time to listen to my concerns and she specially chose a treatment plan that addressed my area of concern - which is to reduce the dark pigmentation on my skin. Dr Donna is very knowledgeable and gave me lots of useful advice beyond my face concerns eg. weight management approaches.
Despite this being my first time getting laser treatment for my face, Dr Donna was very reassuring throughout the entire process. Even though I was initially apprehensive, I was soon put at ease as she chatted with me and I felt more relaxed throughout the entire treatment.

On my first visit to Arium clinic, I was impressed with the cozy ambience and friendly professional service. During the consultation, Dr Donna recommended a treatment to address areas of concern such as clogged pores and scarring. We then proceeded to do 2 types of laser and led light theraphy. My first appointment included a 45 minute consultation, where Dr Donna explained my complexion's problems that was more than skin deep. Having hereditary freckles since teenager days and despite the diligent effort to apply whitening skincare products for many years, the freckles don’t seems to contain and further darkened. I decided to consult Dr Donna for my skin condition. She was very patient in explaining the various reasons for the cause of pigmentation and recommended a suitable program for me. Acne has always been a perennial issue for me, since my teenage years and into adulthood. Dr Donna was patient in explaining to me the possible underlying causes and available medical options. We started off with an aqua peel (as the chemical peel may have been too strong for sensitive skin), followed by laser and finally LED treatment. It was a smooth and trouble free process.

How do I prepare myself for filler injection?
You do not need to have any special preparation for filler injection. We usually inform our patients to come for treatment at least one week before an event. This is to allow time for tissue swelling to subside and time for your injection marks to heal.
Is filler injection painful?
No, it is not. Most patients describe as a slight prick of a needle. You may not even feel any pain because of the numbing cream effect on the skin. Lidocaine (local anaesthesia) is premixed with most hyaluronic acid fillers. You may continue to feel the numbing effect for up to 2 hours after the injection.
When do I see results?
You start to see the effect immediately after the injection. But it takes about 3 to 5 days for the skin swelling to subside and you will look most natural in about a weeks’ time.
How long does it last?
The longevity of the filler depends on the type used and the area it is used to treat. Higher facial movement areas (such as laugh lines and lips) tend to have the shorter effect (6 months to a year). Likewise, lower facial movement areas such as temples and cheeks tend to last longer (up to 2 years).
What should I look out after the procedure?
You should not exercise or drink alcohol for at least one day after injection. Such activities may cause the blood vessels to dilate and result in bruising which can be avoided. You should also avoid heat or massage to the injection sites for up to a week. This is to prevent the spread of fillers to an unintended site before absorbed by the skin.
If you are taking vitamins such as gingko, vitamin E or aspirin, please inform the doctor. These medications thin the blood and may increase bruising risks.
When do I go for the next review?
