How does HA Biostimulator work?

How is the procedure performed?
We will apply numb cream to your cleansed face for about 15 minutes. After that, our doctor will then perform 5 injection points on each side of the face using a fine needle. The procedure is generally well tolerated by most patients.
Is there any downtime to this procedure?
You will see 10 bumps on the face for 1-2 days. The swelling should subside by day 3 or so. Some patients may experience mild bruising at some injection sites. This is usually temporary and should heal within a few days.
What should I look out after the procedure?
You can continue with your skincare routine as per normal. After the injection, keep the skin clean and avoid makeup for one day. You can start to use makeup to conceal the injection marks from the second day. We will review your skin in 2-4 weeks’ time.
When will I see improvement in my skin?
You will start to see your skin improving after the first injection. Your skin will feel more hydrated and firmer at around 3-4 weeks. Generally, your fine lines, skin elasticity and natural lifting effect will be more noticeable after repeat injection.
How often do I need to repeat the treatment?
It is recommended to complete a course of 2 treatments with an interval of 3-4 weeks between sessions, followed by a treatment every 6 months for best results.
